Finding a property was easy, as we were contact regularly with matches to our budget and description etc... We had Taylor as our agent and she was great with arranging viewings and was always contactable. Taylor found the property that we now live in and through her efforts with the landlord we managed to secure the flat and arrange a move in date suitable for everyone. Great service and would highly recommend.
Moving house can be so daunting. Taylor from Jacksons Wandsworth has made it so easy for us. She helped us find the perfect home and has been incredibly helpful, attentive and patient from the time we viewed the house until we signed our contract. She has never been pushy (most letting agents we have dealt with were harassing us). She's been very responsive throughout the process, always answering/returning our calls promptly, and answering every single question we had. What I find amazing is that even though we are now dealing with Landlord directly, we know that Taylor and Jacksons Wandsworth's team will always be available to assist us if need be. We were relocating from Sweden and looking for flats to rent in Wandsworth. While many other estate agents would not offer any properties months in advance, Jackson's quickly arranged several viewings well in advance. During a visit to the London, Taylor informed us that while some of the properties were now off the market, some others had come on and so we still have some to see. We found a flat that we are very happy with and thought that Taylor offered a very good and pro-active service.
