I went with Foxtons sole agency for my flat. It was a tricky time in the market and took a little while to find a buyer. Throughout the process Clodagh and her team were very professional and straightforward, they gave me weekly updates, and continued to work hard to find a buyer. They were were well coordinated and sent people from lots of different offices which was great for my particular property. The price they eventually got was 3% higher than other agents told me I could expect, which made me glad I had gone with them, and not an agent with lower commission. All in all I was very impressed and happy.
