Good stock and nice staff, Parking is a problem though, you can park briefly at the Currys and walk down or risk a parking fine on the main road.
I just walked out of Dreams Fulham and i have to admit that the entire experience was very irritating. Worse customer service ever! I have been next door to Bensons before that and there is a HUGE difference between these 2 places! I walked in almost sure that i want to purchase a new mattress and i am a person that doesnt take long to decide. I decided on a certain type of mattress and in the end when i wanted to purchase it the guy was so arrogant and with a disgusting attitude which he had it along the entire visit! I asked: so do you think this is a good choice for me now that you know what i want anf you know your products? and his answer was well in life you get what you pay for,right?!!! HOW?! Also, i recently moved to the UK with my job, i have a very good salary and a very good position, i bought a CAR and i have a house and he is telling me that i am not able to get financing for a mattress because i have to be in the UK for 3 years at least! I know the rule but he wasnt even willing to give it a try! For a mattress! This experience was terrible and i wont ever recommend this store to anyone! Go next door to Bensons and you are going to walk out much happier and with a better experience!
Visited with the intention of buying a King size bed and was immediately jumped on by staff who tried to upsell me a more expensive mattress which was not within the budget I had made very clear. Overall the staff are only in it for their commission (to buy more cheap suits) and dont appear to care about what their customers are actually looking for. We left and walked next door to Bensons - who where brilliant and I got exactly what I wanted.
