Unhelpful yes - dont try to drop off parcels there
Not a local shop for me but is a drop-off point for DPD (Yes......I know!!!) and after 4 (Yes...4!!) attempts to other drop-off points whose machine "were not working" I decided to have a go at this, I arrive with a pretty heavy package, and when I ask at the woman at the counter if I can drop it, she has no idea of what i am talking about but she tell me her husband is having dinner and he'll be there soon, (Let's just hope his dinner is not as big and heavy as the package I am holding in the middle of customers that are slaloming around me) after 11 minutes, Mister finally appears, but is not for me, he look at me and he gives some bread to another customer, and he seem to disappear again (maybe he went back for dessert!) another few minutes (that in total makes around a quarter of an hour) is once again on the shop floor, at that point I ask if I can please drop the parcel, just to get this answer: "No , Not tonight, come back tomorrow, or....actually , maybe next week"
Unfortunately, the attitude of the owner is rude. Extremely rude.
