Staff were so helpful. My train had broken down, they had told us to get off so there I was in Wandsworth Road not knowing the area. I went into AVN and they helped me by exploring buses and taxis. They went that extra mile giving me details of the store so that I could inform the taxi firm. Whilst there customers came in and were dealt with politely and with consideration.
