Bought a treatment through a third party website. On arrival I waited over an hour past my appointment time and my final colour was not what I asked for ( it looks orange). My head is also still itching 3 days after my treatment. I know the salon will probably reply and say they explained the process and that it isn't their fault for what has happened, but terrible customer service is something I am not exaggerating about and my friends laughing at my hair..
Filomena was lovely. She explained the type of cut that would suit me and the end result was beautiful. The Brazilian styling really looks lovely. I hope it lasts
I got appointment for wash cut and blow dry in half and hour. And it was my best experience so far. The staff was so lovely and the hairdresser made amazing job. Highly recommend to everyone! Very happy
Great cut, the guy did exactly what I asked for and the rest of the staff were friendly. Added bonus is how reasonable the prices are! Will definitely be going back.
