called to have a sun tan session, go after 1 hour as requested! When I get there the nice Eastern European lady tells me I cant use because something is wrong: there is a rotten smell in the solarium area! She showed me: the place was the filthiest I have ever seen, days full bins outrageously smelly and one sun bed used as an office storage room! Horrible. To avoid!
The standards of this place has dropped alot. The staff where not as freindly and my waxing treatment was rushed. Wouldnt come here again.
Sunbeds close at 8 not 8:30 like it says online. Arrived at 5 to 8, paid for minutes on sunbed only to then be told it wasn't open and the sunbeds close at 8 (by this time it was 1 minute past) and was also told I couldn't have a refund as the lady was new to the system so I was told I would just have to use them another time. Other than that the employees are nice& friendly and its actually quite cheap and decent sunbeds. Hope they change details for opening times online so someone else doesn't have this problem.
