Very friendly staff.. Izabella was great when I first came & Shannon (I hope I got his name right) was helpful when I came to take my stuff.. I used their services to store my luggage for one week because I went to Ireland and didnt want to bother dragging all bags with me.. It cost me only 15 including price of the lock.. Good deal indeed.. I rented the 15 ft unit which. Was more than enough for 6-7 suitcases..Highly recommend it.

The staff here are very friendly and really go out of their way to help you. If you're based in or around SW11/SW18/SW19/SW15/SW17 these guys are the best value around (and I looked everywhere). Storage units are all easily accessible, well lit, well ventilated and have higher ceilings than most. No minimum term. If you leave halfway through a month you get refunded for the unused time. Moving into a larger/smaller unit is no hassle. If you're a new customer they usually have promotions going which can be as much as 75% off the standard rental. I moved out today and got a refund straight to my card the same day.I only left them in the end because I managed to find a much bigger unit outside London for 1/2 the price AND with 24hr access (which I wanted originally and which regrettably they don't have), but if the latter isn't a priority for you and you want your unit local for ease of access then ABC would be an excellent choice. They will price match any better deal you find within a 3-mile radius.A very satisfied previous customer!
