The most rude and unhelpful service I have ever experienced in the Post Office. They should not be allowed to have this franchise!!!
Refused to take my prepaid parcel which i had weighed and printed postage on an important item (for my business) at 3pm on a friday, item was just over my weight by a few grammes, i asked for them to do the postage and i would pay again but said no. Took to main office at wandsworth where weight was fine,.Jobsworth, Their scales are not accurate and wasted my time.Never again
Went in to buy some stamps. Queue of 4 people ahead and the two people behind counter were both arguing with a client at front, one half eating a sandwich. "NO DOGS NO DOGS!!" I was yelled at from behind the counter to my docile dog who sat next to my feet. Yeah, cause watch out, he will definitely contaminate your sandwich behind that counter. Walked out, never coming back.
Rude staff, don't seem to be trained spend more time chatting to each other than paying attention to customers. I used to work in a post office and if my behaviour was like these guys I would of been sacked. It's absolutely awful.
Rude and very slow. But worse is that they try to upsell you on postage! Instead of telling you the cheaper rates they position 1st class signed for or next day delivery as the only option and you have to actually argue them down if you only want standard postage! I feel like I'm haggling every time!
