My local Indian take away healthy option.The food is very good and I have never had any problems with it. I can see there are some bad recent reviews. Unfortunately the Owner of this place suddenly passed away in October and new management (his family) took over and it will take some time for them to adjust and make the service how it used to be. I would say give them another chance !
Food took two and a half hours to come, owner came up with ever more creative lies. Owner then offered a refund but later came up with excuses and even pretended to be a new owner to avoid paying - after he offered the refund!!! Avoid like the plague
Food quality is usually very good, but tonight the delivery took 1.5 hours. I called twice in that time, and he kept telling me "On its way, on its way". When I complained, Mohammed argued with me, "How do you expect me to deliver everything on time with only 3 drivers?" Wow. Customer Service FAIL. Food was also more greasy than usual. I will go somewhere else from now on...
With most takeaways, there can be a slightly difference but almost the same feel when you start eating.Spice fusion has changed all that!The food smelt looked and most importantly tasted absolutely fresh and delicious.Already added them to my favourites on my browser!If you like Indian food, you will absolutely love this place.
All the 23 years I've lived in London , I've always ordered takeaways but this time was the first time I had no complaint whatsoever . When my partner and I saw the food we thought : this looks too good to be true , very clean and fresh we kept saying as we were opening the food containers . We got excited and decided : let's see if it tastes as good as it looks and smells . Every bite was worth it , the starter the main course and sides , all were super delicious , fresh and well cooked . We have decided to order again next weekend..
