Very slow service. Always a long que when trying to order and pay for items. Under staffed and in future i will avoid this argos
Bad experience, the black lady with long hair and hair extensions was talking to someone on the Phone whilst serving customers and accepted someone that was behind me whilst I was right in the front of her, indeed no one in that store smiles and they are very unwelcoming
Reserved my products for collection and it was quick to collect i was really impressed.
By far a better branch, polite, helpful and always have shorter queues. Always seems organised, unlike some non in Sainsburys branches.
Carla in the Nine Elms store is absolutely amazing. I went in because my son's electric scooter was faulty. She welcomed me with the most honest and genuine welcome, and how she approached my problem was so lovely. Its so nice to see great customer service isn't dead. She also gave me free delivery I will definitely be shopping at Argos again. Thank you Carla for all your amazing help. My son loves his new scooter
