Secretary has always been lovely and helpful. However I have been underwhelmed by my experience with my dentist. Every appointment I kept getting different treatment plan and some options were simply never mentioned. I felt like everything was done in a rush, without taking the time to really discuss or offer the best solution for me. Ended up asking for a second opinion and switching dentist, which enabled to finally have a clear treatment plan and solutions that really fit me.
