Unlike most Uniqlo stores, the Wandsworth store is very limited in its stock selection. Several areas are either over loaded with items crammed on shelves and rails making it feel cluttered and confusing. Items in reduced areas don't have reduction stickers making the shopping experience further challenging and time consuming, making you want to leave rather than continuing to explore the ranges further.Staff are friendly, but seem light on the floor so queues at the weekend are frequent when checking out items.Overall not the best Uniqlo experience, it probably does the best it can with the circumstances.

I like shopping for basic pieces at Uniqlo. So I have the online shop a try:Received something I wanted to return but lost the return labels. Ensured the customer service like advised. Received reply they are busy and would get back to me asap.Week goes by, then two. I decide to take the garment into store because I am exactly 28 days from receipt and end of possibility to return.Now here is where it gets worse: employee tries to refuse return. Then makes a whole show about going to the manager to ask, and then "we shouldn't take this back as it is beyond the date of return" I explained it is not, and showed her the notification of delivery which was 27 days prior. She says the return countdown starts on order not delivery.I tell her she is wrong and to check Uniqlo site. She makes a show again about talking to manager, takes it back and insists she is doing me a favour.Horrible service and really hard to return even unworn, packaged items.
