Luke good at going over the vehicle and any procedures. He shows patience. The woman at reception don't know her name, very clear on everything.

Have used these guys a few times. Generally no problems. I rented a van last month which looked like it had been dropped off a cliff. It still drove, so I took it. When it went dark it turned out one of the headlights wasn't working, which was scary to say the least.I mentioned this when dropping the vehicle off and then followed up with an email and have had no response since from the company.
Good cars at good prices, you may get slightly nicer cars elsewhere, but you get more for your money here. Used them for both vans and cars. Staff are great, friendly and I also like the fact you have a gated paddock to leave your car securely after hours.
